Cheers from The Thrash! Hi Pals, in case you do not know me, I am from Toronto Canada. I am a 56 years young, a divorced father of a 11 year old daughter, Rylee. She is the light in my life. My passions are Health, Music and Internet Marketing, I am presently working on a few projects you can explore below and I will be posting music and video files for your listening and viewing pleasure, I am a percussionist when not at the Computer!! In my younger days I managed up to 10 pop, rock, ska and reggae bands and I have been playing drums all my life. I am also a bit of a HEALTH NUT!
