Talked Lifestyle with your Doctor?
Not long ago, I asked a friend of mine if he had seen his doctor recently?
He scoffed and said “why, so we can discuss lifestyle” I laughed, but it brings to mind the fact that I believe we all know the difference between right and wrong, in the literal sense, and in the sense of how it relates to our overall health.
We certainly know, that fast food is, for the most part NO GOOD for us, and that whole unprocessed foods are good for us. Sounds simple enough, but unfortunately, few people actually follow through on their hunches, about what is good for them.
I believe, you can insure your health yourself, by following a few simple principals, and we will be exploring those principals, here in, The Thrash. But at the end of the day, it still boils down to diet and exercise, and finding the right combination of it all for YOU! We are all unique and different, therefore what is right for one of us, is not necessarily, what is right for all of us.
Individuality of diet and exercise plans, is what we need to concentrate on, to find our own personal Optimum Health Zone! This blog is my personal journey to find MINE and I hope the information contained in this blog helps you find YOURS!
